To whom it may concern,

On Sunday, March 29th, we made perhaps one of the biggest moves in our lives. We moved from Raven Street in Dorchester to Hudson, New Hampshire, into our first "new home". Between the two of us, we must have moved at least a dozen times and we always moved ourselves with the help of friends. There was always some damage done or something turned up missing or broken. This was the first time we had ever hired a professional moving company and as luck would have it, we feel that we chose the best one available.

Rich and Jerome showed up when they were supposed to and went right to work. We had a couple of friends there to assist in moving the smaller, lighter items, but it was difficult to keep pace with Rich and Jerome. These two men were in and out of that apartment in no time. Our friends as well as us were truly impressed. Upon arrival at our new home, again they went right to it.

Having Rich and Jerome move our belongings was like having good friends move us, but without the constant breaks after carrying something to the truck or the non-stop whining that goes on when you move yourself.

There was absolutely no damage done to any of the furniture or other items that were moved, or to the walls and surroundings at either the old or new home. Rich and Jerome were very personable and professional.

Lisa and I both work in the customer service field and we know how difficult it is to make the customer "happy" or to try to provide a service well enough to satisfy a customer. Rich and Jerome did exactly that as well as the two gentlemen that I was dealing with on the telephone. Unfortunately, I never did get their names. All of the people that were involved in this move obviously know the secret of how to please the customer.

Lisa and I would recommend Gentle Movers to any and all people that we hear of that are moving.

Thank you all very much for a job well done.

Sincerely,

Lisa and Carl
