2. Free Pack and Prepare for Moving Seminar. If you are planning to do your own packing, let us come in and meet with your employees and bring them knowledge and ideas on how to pack and prepare for the move, free of charge.
3. Disassembly and Reassembly. Gentle Movers has experience in the disassembly and reassembly of office sectionals, computers and desks, oversized tables and so on. We can also arrange for plumbers, electricians and other contractors to assist you if needed.
4. Moving. Dollies, hand-trucks, Roll-a-Lift, and J-bars, just to name a few, are standard equipment we carry to help our corporate customers make their moves gentler. Whether it is a light computer or a one ton safe, we can handle all of your furnishings safely and efficiently.
5. Storage and Retrieval. Old records that are needed only occasionally can be stored in our facilities. When you need something retrieved from storage, a call to us will have a courier to you with the item the same day.
6. Convenience. We work when it is convenient for your business. To ensure a minimal effect on worktime, we offer evening, weekend and holiday packing and moving services.

If you are already planning a move, you might appreciate some of these helpful tips to make your move as easy as possible:
1. Only persons involved in the move should be present moving day.
2. Personal belongings should be consolidated and separated.
3. Paper clips, staples and other small office accoutrements should be stored in manilla envelopes.
4. Active and pending files should be packed separately.
5. Top Secret files should be locked, and the key held. Gentle Movers can arrange for a security escort.
6. Filing drawers should be tightened internally, locked and taped. All keys should be tagged and kept with you.
7. Desks must be emptied and wrapped or boxed.
8. Books should be packed in cartons. Shelving should be dismantled and wrapped if possible.
9. All office machinery should be serviced, liquids drained and wiring disconnected by appropriate service persons.
10. Office machinery should be left unpacked on its stand. Gentle Movers provides special attention to all such items.
11. Any particulars of the move, such as security escort, plumbers, electricians, number of employees being moved, etc., should be discussed with Gentle Movers well in advance of moving day.
