Maintenance Person
Candidate must possess the following skills:
1- Full-time experience or experience in related field
2- Training or knowledge of the following areas: carpentry, roofing, plumbing, electrical, painting, repairing appliances etc.
3- Willingness to pitch in and work in areas other than strictly supervisory maintenance i.e. janitorial, custodial, land scaping, gardening etc
4- Pleasing personality and ability to work successfully with co workers as well as tenants and public
5- Team Player - Able to work closely with other personnel
